Welcome to MyTMAS, owned and operated by DMISS LLC.
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the MyTMAS telemedical assistance platform and website, available at https://mytmas.com. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, you must not use the MyTMAS service or website.
1. Service Description
MyTMAS provides remote telemedical consultations and guidance for seafarers. All advice is delivered remotely via electronic means (such as email, chat, video, or phone). MyTMAS does NOT provide emergency evacuation, physical treatment, or guarantee hospital access. All services are for informational and advisory purposes only.
2. User Eligibility
MyTMAS services are intended solely for use by seafarers and their employers or agents. By using this platform, you confirm that you are a seafarer, shipowner, agent, or authorized representative, and that you have the authority to request medical advice on behalf of the seafarer.
3. Medical Disclaimer
All telemedical advice is based on information provided remotely by the user. MyTMAS doctors are not physically present and cannot perform a physical examination.
Recommendations are based on available information, medical best practice, and international guidelines for remote maritime assistance.
MyTMAS is not a substitute for in-person medical care. Users must seek local emergency or in-person medical services when directed or when symptoms worsen.
You agree to use your own judgment and follow local regulations and company policies in response to MyTMAS recommendations.
