Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General Policy

All refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the Law of Georgia.
MyTMAS provides only telemedical consultations and intellectual services, not physical products. Once a consultation or service has been delivered, it is considered used and cannot be refunded.

2. Refund Eligibility
  • You are entitled to request a refund for an unused service within 14 working days from the date of purchase.

  • If you have already used or accessed the telemedical consultation or any part of the intellectual service, no refund is possible under any circumstances.

  • Refunds are not applicable to services that have been partially or fully delivered, regardless of the outcome.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an unused service, contact us in writing by email at info@dmiss.com within 14 working days of your purchase. Please include your full name, order details, and reason for the refund request.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for purchase.

  • Approved refunds will be completed within 30 days of your request.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided in the following cases:

  • The service (consultation or report) has been accessed, started, or delivered.

  • The refund request is made after 14 working days from the date of purchase.

  • The service was custom-tailored or started at your request.

5. Additional Terms
  • MyTMAS does not supply physical goods, so no return of items is required.

  • This policy does not affect your legal rights under the laws of Georgia.
